General conditions for Yacht Charter and services offered for 2011 - 2012:
1. - Responsibilities:
Explore LLC takes full responsibility, for all signed contracts and arrangements including correspondence using e-mail with its clients offering its different programs and services. Explore LLC is not responsible for acts of God, force major, or any other damage to the company including accidents caused by subcontracting other services and/or delays of flights and commercial connections of any travel by plane or other means. In case of mechanical problems with the chartered boat or problems in general with a service provided by Explore LLC: Explore LLC will substitute with another boat / Service of equal quality and price or in worst case offer another charter in a different period. In case of serious problems Explore Yachts will return 90% of the deposit for that charter / service provided.
2. - Documentation:
The traveler/guest should bring with him documents and identification, in case of problems related to missing documentations or visas, Explore LLC is not responsible for any costs or delays of the complete service.
3. - Payments - Deposits:
Upon payment you will get your voucher all information within 48 hours, please print it out, it will work as you confirmation letter and should be shown to your service provider upon arrival at the destination.
4. - Return of deposit paid to Explore LLC for reservation of charters/services paid by the client.
Return of the full amount 60 days before the start of the charter/service. Return of 70% 30 days before the start of the charter/service. Return of 50% 15 days before the start of the charter/service. Return of 25% 72 hours before the start of the charter/service.
There is no return 48 hours before the start of the charter/service.
On our website please log into your user account (the login details were sent to you when you made the booking) here you can easily amend your booking if needed, or you can contact us by phone or e-mail to discuss any special needs or changes in the booking.
5. - No return of deposit.
When travel documents are inadequate. When the traveler is not presenting himself on date of the service provided. In case of strong rain, bad weather or force major that could bring the security of the planned trip in danger Explore LLC reserve the rights to change the program.
6.- Reclamations.
All reclamations should be made in writing and send to our office by fax or e-mail, not more than 48 hours after the termination of our service.
In case the guests are not happy with the crew, attention, service or condition of boat/service provided. The guest must inform the captain, host or Explore LLC immediately by phone. The guest must specify any detail and complain that is relevant so further action can be taken, if client wishes to change service, boat this can be arranged by Explore LLC or the crew / host. If the guest continues with the scheduled itinerary there can be no refund after the vacation is terminated.
